Monthly Teaching
Each month we present a teaching given to us through meditation by one or more of the Ascended Masters who work with and through us. It is very beneficial to read the teaching and meditate on it daily. By so doing, we activate the subconscious to make physiological changes within our physical bodies, our consciousness as well as our whole being.
